This Cookie Policy explains how the Klubio platform, operated by Qbit Software OÜ ("Klubio", "we"), uses cookies and similar technologies. ("Klubio" is a trademark of Klubio LLC, Wyoming, USA, used under licence.) It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website or use a web application. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which work in a comparable way.
Cookies we use
Klubio uses only strictly necessary cookies and equivalent local storage. These are required to operate the platform — in particular to keep you securely signed in and to remember essential settings. Under the EU ePrivacy rules, strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent, so we do not display a cookie consent banner.
In practice Klubio keeps you signed in using browser local storage rather than cookies. The strictly necessary items we use are:
Authentication: we store sign-in tokens (an access token and a refresh token) in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and maintain session security. We do not use authentication cookies.
Language preference: we remember your selected language in your browser's local storage (stored under the key i18nextLng).
We do not use:
Analytics or statistics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, Plausible, PostHog, Mixpanel);
Advertising or marketing trackers;
Third-party social-media or profiling cookies.
Email tracking
Separately from the website, transactional emails we send (for example invoice or notification emails) may include a small tracking pixel that tells us whether an email was opened and whether links were clicked. This helps us confirm delivery and improve our communications, and we rely on our legitimate interest for it. You can ask us not to track your emails by contacting us at info@klubio.eu.
Managing cookies
Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, disabling them in your browser may prevent the platform from working correctly (for example, you may not be able to stay signed in). You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Changes to this policy
If we introduce any non-essential cookies or tracking technologies in the future, we will update this policy and present a consent mechanism before such technologies are used.
