Backend Engineer (Go)

We make the software that sports clubs in Estonia (and soon a few more countries) use to actually run: memberships, training schedules, attendance, invoicing, payments, and a good deal more. It's a real product with paying clubs, not a side project looking for a team.

Today the backend is mostly one person's work. We're looking for a second engineer to take real ownership of it, not just pick up tickets.

What you'd work on

Most of your time would be in our Go backend. A sample of what lives there now:

• Multi-tenant core. Every club's data is isolated, and keeping

that boundary tight matters more than almost anything else we do.

• Billing and payments. We issue invoices, collect membership fees

through Maksekeskus, and sync with Estonian accounting software (Merit, Excellent Books). Money has to be right.

• An athlete medical module (injuries, availability, test results)

that stores health data, so correctness and access control aren't optional.

• The rest of a growing SaaS: notifications, contracts and

e-signing, scheduling, reporting, third-party integrations.

You won't be boxed into one corner. If something is slow, broken, or badly designed, you're the person who gets to fix it.
